Our services include scanning of prints, negatives or slides and printing to any size and our photo restorations are produced with archival materials.

To start to restore photos we need a digital copy of the original so that your original is unharmed. You can send us your files or your original images and we will scan them for you.

Our business is based in Traralgon Gippsland and we service customers all over Australia.

You can bring photos directly to our studio, post, or upload files. We do operate by appointment, so please call first to arrange a time.

FAQ

What is the ideal file size/type?

Provide us with a digital file around 600 dpi. The size of your file should be at least 1-2 MB in JPEG format ONLY. Maximum size allowed is 10MB.

What if my image doesn't meet the required file size/type?

We work very hard to provide you with the best looking image possible. A poor scan makes this more difficult. In this case we will recommend a custom scan and will provide a quote for this. You can also scan at 600 dpi JPEG format at any Officeworks or use your own scanner. Please ask for JPEG files.

How do I send you my photo?

You can email your digital image to [email protected] by clicking here. Appointment is preferred so we can give your photos the time they deserve.
